L2 EUC/Desktop Support Engineer – Onsite QLD

About the role

Eil Global is seeking an experienced L2 EUC/Desktop Support Engineer to join its on‑site team in Torbanlea, Queensland. You will provide end‑user technical assistance for desktops, laptops, printers, AV devices and enterprise applications, both on‑site and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating system, hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, webcams, headsets and other peripherals.
• Provide on‑site and remote support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel).
• Handle Active Directory and Azure AD tasks such as password resets, account unlocks and group management.
• Diagnose LAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN and basic network connectivity problems.
• Support AV/meeting‑room equipment, including Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference systems.
• Manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow, Jira or Remedy, ensuring accurate ticket updates and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate asset management, hardware replacements and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in EUC/Desktop support (L2 level).
• Strong troubleshooting ability for Windows OS, hardware, software and networking.
• Experience delivering both on‑site and remote support.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and VIP user support is a plus.
