About the role

Dôme is seeking enthusiastic Back of House Team Members to join its café network across Western Australia. In this role you will help deliver high‑quality food to guests while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and produce menu items to consistent, high standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen areas and equipment.
  • Follow Dôme’s recipes, portion controls, and food safety procedures.
  • Identify and complete necessary tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

  • Passion for delivering food to hungry guests.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Initiative to spot and finish tasks without prompting.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
