About the role

Dôme is seeking enthusiastic Back of House Team Members to join its café network across Western Australia. In this role you will help prepare ingredients and produce menu items to a consistently high standard while maintaining a clean and well‑organized kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipe specifications.
  • Cook and assemble menu items ensuring quality and presentation standards.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment upkeep.
  • Support fellow team members during busy service periods.

Required profile

  • Passion for delivering great food to guests.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative.
  • Flexibility to work Monday‑Sunday between 5 am and 9 pm.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
