Kitchen Team Member – Back of House

About the role

We are seeking passionate and motivated Back of House Team Members to join Dôme’s kitchen crew. The role focuses on preparing ingredients and menu items to a consistently high standard while maintaining a clean and well‑organized kitchen environment. Dôme provides comprehensive training and the tools needed to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and menu items according to Dôme’s standards.
• Produce food consistently following recipes and quality guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
• Follow operational procedures and training guidelines.
• Identify and complete necessary kitchen tasks proactively.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering food to hungry guests.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Initiative to identify and complete tasks.
• Flexibility to work Monday‑Sunday, between 5 am‑9 pm.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
