About the role

Hub Foods, the commercial food arm of Anglicare Sydney, is looking for a reliable Kitchen Hand to support its production kitchen in Sydney. You will help prepare and deliver safe, high-quality food, maintaining hygiene standards and assisting the wider team in a fast-paced food environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations
• Maintain clean, safe kitchen and storage areas
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Support daily production and service requirements
• Contribute to a strong safety and team culture

Required profile

• Reliable, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-paced food environment
• Team player who understands the importance of consistency and care in food production
• Ideally experience in a kitchen, food production or hospitality setting
• A Food Safety & Handling certificate is desirable
• Alignment with Anglicare's values of integrity, compassion and excellence
