Key Account Manager

About the role

Join Constellation Brands New Zealand and Australia as a Key Account Manager, driving the success of iconic wine brands such as Kim Crawford and Robert Mondavi. You will work within the Australian sales team, building strong relationships with independent customers, wholesalers, e‑commerce partners, and cruise operators.

Key responsibilities

• Own the promotional planning process and manage programmes with customers and internal teams.
• Analyse promotional outcomes, measure execution performance, and identify growth opportunities.
• Align account plans with trade‑marketing initiatives to boost brand exposure in stores.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure account performance.
• Manage forecasts to meet service metrics, including IBSL, OBSL, and working capital.
• Collaborate with the National Business Manager on range reviews, tenders, and new opportunity submissions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales or commercial experience working with ALM/ILG and established relationships across key banner groups.
• Experience working with wholesaler supply planners is preferred.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Relevant qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a collaborative team mindset.
