About the role

Join The Yiros Shop’s friendly crew as a junior team member working after school and on weekends. This part‑time position is designed for students who want to gain real‑world experience in a fast‑casual restaurant environment while serving delicious Greek‑inspired street food.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve menu items, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work area in line with food‑safety standards.
• Provide friendly, fast, and efficient customer service.
• Learn and apply food‑safety procedures, including completion of the I’m Alert Food Safety course.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the register accurately.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep shifts productive and enjoyable.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn; no prior experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, fun environment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Attention to cleanliness and food‑safety practices.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, school holidays, and during school hours after classes.
