Junior Solutions Engineer – APAC

About the role

Foresight Works Ltd is seeking a Junior Solutions Engineer to support the design and delivery of technical solutions for customers across the APAC region. You will work closely with go‑to‑market teams and clients to ensure smooth onboarding, effective platform setup, and successful deployments of our AI‑powered SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with technical presentations, product demos, and proof‑of‑concept projects.
• Collaborate directly with new clients during onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation and tailored integrations.
• Develop, manage, and maintain automation workflows and integrations using Python, Zapier, Make.com, HubSpot, and related tools.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, communicating solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Work with product and Customer Success teams to relay feedback, improve user adoption, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Advocate for customer needs in internal meetings to influence product updates.

Required profile

• A degree in a STEM field, Finance, or another strong analytical discipline.
• Hands‑on experience in solutions engineering, technical support, sales engineering, or automation‑focused roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, data analysis, and workflow automation.
• Experience with SQL or a comparable database tool.
• Exposure to data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI (a plus).
• Familiarity with GTM automation tools like HubSpot and AI‑driven outreach platforms (a plus).
• Background in B2B SaaS, AI‑driven products, or construction and infrastructure software.
• Right to work in the relevant jurisdiction.
