Junior Quality Analyst (Contract) – Brisbane

About the role

This contract position supports Virgin Australia’s end‑user computing services by ensuring quality standards are met across the technology lifecycle. The Junior Quality Analyst will work within a large‑scale enterprise environment, collaborating with service‑delivery and agile teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Curate knowledge of technology lifecycle and processes used by Virgin Australia.
• Assist with incident and request management following ITIL practices.
• Support service‑desk training and quality‑assurance activities in a 24/7 critical services environment.
• Document and present findings, recommendations, and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with agile teams using Jira to track and resolve quality issues.

Required profile

• Relevant degree, qualification or equivalent experience in service delivery or technology solutions.
• Understanding of end‑user computing environments in large enterprises.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience working in an agile environment and with ITSM processes.
• Eligibility: Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
