Junior Project Manager – Program Performance

About the role

Join Aurecon’s Program Performance team in Darwin as a Junior Project Manager. You will work on live client projects, applying analytical and problem‑solving skills while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering, advisory, and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support project delivery on active client engagements.
• Collaborate with diverse, multidisciplinary teams across engineering, advisory, and design.

Required profile

• Diploma in Project Management or a related degree (Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Geotechnical studies) – completed or near completion.
• Australian citizenship (mandatory) and a valid driver’s licence (desirable).
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and natural curiosity.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organisational skills, and a collaborative, team‑focused mindset.
• Passion for developing project management capabilities.
