About the role
Join Aurecon’s Program Performance team in Darwin as a Junior Project Manager. You will work on live client projects, applying analytical and problem‑solving skills while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering, advisory, and design teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support project delivery on active client engagements.
- Collaborate with diverse, multidisciplinary teams across engineering, advisory, and design.
- Learn from industry experts and mentors through hands‑on guidance.
- Build your professional network and gain exposure to current infrastructure projects.
Required profile
- Diploma in Project Management or a related degree (Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Geotechnical studies) – completed or near completion.
- Australian citizenship (mandatory) and a valid driver’s licence (desirable).
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and natural curiosity.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organisational skills, and a collaborative, team‑focused mindset.
- Passion for developing project management capabilities.
