About the role
Join a leading Restructuring & Insolvency team in Sydney on a 12‑month contract. You will work closely with senior partners and the broader Disputes group on high‑profile insolvency appointments and litigation in the Supreme and Federal Courts.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with formal insolvency appointment advisory work.
- Conduct R&I litigation, including complex commercial matters in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
- Draft pleadings, motions and other court documents with high technical accuracy.
- Collaborate with senior practitioners to develop client relationships and manage case timelines.
Required profile
- 1‑4 years post‑qualification experience as a lawyer.
- Strong academic record and commercial litigation background.
- Proactive, team‑oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Experience using Relativity or a similar e‑discovery platform.
