Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

Think HQ is looking for an emerging designer to join its creative team in NSW. As a Junior Graphic Designer you will help translate ideas into visual assets across print, digital, social and presentation formats while collaborating with strategy, content, PR and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and rollout of campaign and project assets for print, digital, social and presentations.
• Create layouts, concepts, mock‑ups and prototypes for internal and client review.
• Produce clear, audience‑centred design work that follows brand guidelines and client objectives.
• Work with typography, layout, image selection, illustration and basic motion graphics.
• Prepare production‑ready files and finished artwork to a high standard.
• Contribute to pitches, tender responses and client presentations.
• Collaborate with teams in Sydney and Melbourne to deliver thoughtful and effective creative solutions.

Required profile

• Approximately 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or studio environment.
• Strong eye for typography, layout and composition.
• Organised, open to feedback and able to meet multiple deadlines.
• Thoughtful, collaborative mindset with a desire to keep learning.
