Junior Full Stack Developer

About the role
Join NRI’s Product Development team to build the next generation of AI‑powered products. As a Junior Full Stack Developer you will work on a multi‑tenant SaaS generative AI platform and a suite of agentic AI assistants, collaborating closely with senior engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and ship end‑to‑end features from specification to production.
- Write solid automated tests (unit, integration, E2E, accessibility).
- Leverage modern AI tooling daily, including coding assistants, IDE copilots, and AI code review.
- Deploy safely using feature flags and controlled rollout practices.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions, providing constructive feedback.
- Champion security, privacy, and accessibility in all deliverables.
- Document code and architecture clearly for both humans and AI consumers.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of professional experience with Python / Flask or TypeScript / Hono plus React or Vue.
- Strong understanding of relational and document databases, REST APIs, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience or strong interest in writing automated tests.
- Pragmatic, ship‑oriented mindset with excellent written communication.
- Genuine curiosity about AI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment with some ambiguity.
- Exposure to monorepos, cloud platforms (especially Azure), Playwright, Vitest/Jest, pytest is a plus.
