Junior Developer - Airtable

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Developer to join a fast‑moving Australian organisation that is investing heavily in modern systems, automation and data‑driven decision making. You will work across Airtable, Power BI, Python and JavaScript to build and improve business‑critical workflows and reporting tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance Airtable solutions that support core business processes.
• Build and support Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Create automation workflows and integrations using Python and JavaScript.
• Design, implement and manage databases while ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Continuously improve operational processes through technology solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing business systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with Airtable platforms.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript development.
• Experience with Python scripting and automation.
• Solid understanding of database design principles and SQL querying.
• Experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
