Junior Developer – Airtable & Automation

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically‑minded junior professional to design, build and support business systems that improve operational efficiency. You will work across Airtable, Power BI, Python, JavaScript and database technologies within a fast‑paced, technology‑driven Australian organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Airtable solutions that meet business needs.
• Build and support Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Create and manage automation workflows and system integrations.
• Write scripts and small applications using Python and JavaScript.
• Design, implement and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
• Identify and improve operational processes through technology.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with Airtable platforms.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript development.
• Experience with Python scripting and automation.
• Solid understanding of database design principles.
• Strong SQL development and querying skills.
• Experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
