IT Technician – Onsite Support for Home Users & Small Businesses

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to deliver on‑site support to home users and small businesses across Sydney. The position is commission‑based, allowing you to earn more by taking on additional jobs while working independently.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops and Apple devices.
• Perform hardware repairs, setups and upgrades for a variety of devices.
• Carry out screen replacements and mobile device repairs when required.
• Travel to client locations throughout Sydney, providing timely and professional service.

Required profile

• Own ABN, valid NSW driver’s licence and a reliable car.
• Proven experience supporting home users and small businesses.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality and professionalism.
