IT Support Specialist – Onsite End‑User & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to deliver onsite assistance to end‑users and maintain the office’s IT infrastructure. The role combines day‑to‑day troubleshooting, device lifecycle management, asset tracking and project‑based support for office moves and technology deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals across Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
• Provision, image, deploy, replace and decommission IT equipment while maintaining accurate asset records.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity and user issues, escalating to Level 2 when required.
• Maintain office network services, including switches, routers, access points, printing, voice and AV systems.
• Assist with smart‑office solutions, digital signage and conference‑room technology.
• Conduct inventory audits, manage warranty repairs, device redeployment and disposal in line with policy.
• Support office relocations, hardware refreshes, equipment moves and technology setups for events.
• Coordinate with remote support teams, third‑party vendors and service providers.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux and mobile devices in an office environment.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, access points).
• Hands‑on experience with hardware asset management and inventory control.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams and vendors.
