IT Support Engineer – Level 1/2 – Brisbane

About the role

We are a well‑established Managed Service Provider seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our Brisbane team. The role provides Level 1/2 escalation support for a diverse client base, combining remote troubleshooting with regular onsite visits.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve escalated technical issues across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server and end‑user environments.
• Diagnose and fix networking problems including routers, switches, Wi‑Fi and connectivity outages.
• Provide on‑site support to client sites, building strong relationships and ensuring system stability.
• Collaborate with Level 1 engineers, offering guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and clear communication with clients.

Required profile

• Experience in a Level 1 IT Support or MSP environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 and basic Azure support.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting networking hardware and connectivity issues.
• Comfortable delivering face‑to‑face support at client locations.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and customer‑service skills.
