IT Support Engineer

About the role

Achilles is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide both onsite and remote technical assistance to colleagues across Australia. You will be responsible for maintaining user devices, managing accounts, and supporting a range of Microsoft cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to staff, handling hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune, including user account management and device provisioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents via the IT Service Desk while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Contribute to technology projects, rollouts and service improvements in line with ISO 27001 security practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support or Service Desk roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
