About the role

Keywords Studios is seeking an IT Support professional to join its Adelaide studio. The role focuses on delivering technical assistance to Australian users and maintaining the reliability of the company’s IT infrastructure across all Australian locations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical support requests from Australian staff.
• Provide on‑site hardware and software solutions as needed.
• Oversee and maintain the Australian IT network, ensuring compliance with internal policies and client requirements.
• Identify and implement system enhancements and process optimizations.
• Update and manage the IT asset database.
• Assist with system upgrades, installations, and integration projects.
• Maintain IT documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Administer server infrastructure to guarantee continuous uptime and optimal performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an IT role delivering infrastructure, applications, and service support.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required skills

• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, switch and firewall configuration, VPN).
• Windows Active Directory and Office 365 hybrid environments.
• Windows desktop administration.
• macOS familiarity (preferred).
• Virtualisation platforms (VMware ESXi, vSphere).
• Backup solutions such as Veeam.
• Linux system administration, including web services, scripting, and AD integration.
• Server administration and hardware/software provisioning.
