IT Site Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on IT Site Lead to manage day‑to‑day IT operations for a large corporate office in Australia. The role combines technical expertise with leadership, providing both onsite and remote support to employees across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily IT operations for a busy corporate office and oversee onsite IT Support Technicians.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, AV, networking, and peripherals.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex IT issues and manage meeting‑room and AV technology support.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors, and support office technology projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, device management, and user support experiences, and contribute to operational standards and documentation.

Required profile

• Proactive IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for delivering exceptional support.
• Experience in an IT support leadership or senior desktop support role, with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and mentor or manage support team members.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and enterprise IT environments.
• Experience supporting AV systems, networking, desktops, and end‑user devices.
• Hands‑on expertise with hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting (Level 2/3 support).
