About the role

Join Emanate Technology as an IT Recruitment Resourcer in Brisbane, supporting senior consultants across high‑growth tech markets such as Cloud, Software Engineering, Cyber and AI. No prior recruitment experience is required – we’ll train you on the craft and the tech landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage top tech talent using LinkedIn, Seek, Bullhorn and SourceBreaker.
• Screen candidates via phone, video or face‑to‑face interviews to assess fit.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of specialists before roles are advertised.
• Maintain relationships with placed contractors, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
• Represent Emanate at local tech meetups and events to grow your personal brand.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• High energy and resilience to manage a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organisational abilities to keep candidate notes and follow‑ups on track.
