IT Operations Manager

About the role

Altis Consulting is seeking an experienced IT Operations Lead / Senior Systems Administrator to own and evolve its cloud‑first technology environment. You will work closely with the Head of IT and CIO, providing hands‑on support for Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, security and networking.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the management and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Intune.
• Monitor and maintain internal networks, Wi‑Fi, internet connectivity and telecommunications services.
• Drive automation, resolve complex tickets, and act as escalation point for the IT Support team.
• Enhance information security policies, contribute to cyber‑security operations and support ISO 27001 compliance.
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities, including testing and documentation.
• Manage system patching, configuration management and technology lifecycle activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations or IT support, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience with on‑premises, cloud and SaaS technologies.
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent stakeholder communication skills.
