About the role
As the onsite IT Generalist at Fenix Resources Ltd in Geraldton, you will ensure smooth operation of technology across office and site locations, supporting a growing team in a fast‑paced mining environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day IT support onsite and remotely, resolving software, hardware and network issues.
- Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including user setup, access provisioning and deactivation.
- Support employees in adopting AI tools and other digital technologies.
- Build and maintain workflows using SharePoint and Power Automate.
- Assist with user account management and provide basic support for ERP/CRM systems.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience in an IT support or technical role with strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities and adapt to new tasks.
- Proactive, collaborative attitude with a focus on supporting colleagues.
Required skills
- End‑user computing, hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- SharePoint and Power Automate workflow development.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools and digital technology adoption.
