IT Administrator – Hybrid & Cloud Systems

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on IT Administrator to own and support our modern workplace environment. Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will manage user operations, devices, and core infrastructure while helping transition legacy on‑premise systems to a cloud‑first Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Manage hybrid identity environments (Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Entra ID) including provisioning and access control.
• Support and maintain network infrastructure such as FortiGate VPN, firewall, DHCP, DNS, and Wi‑Fi.
• Troubleshoot and maintain legacy on‑premise systems, including SQL databases.
• Administer endpoints via Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Oversee device lifecycle: procurement, setup, tracking, and replacement.
• Support SaaS platforms (Microsoft 365, Outlook, CodeTwo, Aircall, HubSpot) and assist with migration to cloud‑based solutions.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives that enhance systems, processes, and user experience.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, networks, and applications.
• Comfortable learning and managing new SaaS platforms.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT operations.
