Investigations Coordinator

About the role

Join Zurich’s Claims Technical Centre of Excellence as an Investigations Coordinator, where you will help protect customers and the business by identifying and investigating potential claims fraud. Reporting to the Forensic Accounting and Investigations Lead, you will work within a collaborative specialist team that partners closely with claims, underwriting and external experts.

Key responsibilities

• Triaging fraud referrals and selecting the most appropriate investigation approach.
• Managing a caseload of investigations, including complex and high‑value matters.
• Coordinating external investigators, legal partners and specialist providers.
• Conducting desktop investigations and delivering clear, evidence‑based outcomes.
• Monitoring investigation progress to meet service standards and quality expectations.
• Providing updates, insights and recommendations to stakeholders on risks and strategy.

Required profile

• Experience in the insurance industry with exposure to claims or investigations.
• Strong understanding of investigation principles and fraud risk management.
• Knowledge of relevant insurance legislation and industry obligations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and strong time‑management skills.
• Curious, detail‑oriented and able to build strong relationships.
