Inventory Cataloguer (Mining)

About the role

A leading Western Australian mining operation is looking for an Inventory Cataloguer to support its Supply team. The role maintains inventory master data and ensures catalogue requests are processed accurately and efficiently, working with maintenance, operations and supply stakeholders. It is based in the West Perth office, with site visits at least monthly.

Key responsibilities

• Process Add New Stock Item requests
• Create and maintain inventory master data within Pronto ERP
• Maintain catalogue accuracy and data quality
• Review inventory descriptions, classifications and item attributes
• Liaise with operational stakeholders to obtain required inventory information
• Assist with inventory data governance and catalogue management activities
• Support inventory analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Visit the site at least monthly to understand site operations and inventory requirements

Required profile

• Experienced Inventory, Catalogue or Master Data professional who enjoys working in a mining environment
• Demonstrated experience in inventory, catalogue management or master data
• Previous mining industry experience
• Experience creating and maintaining inventory master records
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full Australian working rights; pre-employment medical required

What we offer

• Initial 3-6 month contract with potential for extension, full-time hours
• Paid at circa $55-65 per hour plus superannuation, negotiable depending on experience, inclusive of casual loading
• ASAP start ideal
