Intermediate Software Engineer (React / PHP)

About the role

ELMO Software is looking for an Intermediate Software Engineer to join its product team. You will work on our HRIS platform, building new features with React and PHP while collaborating with product owners and engineering peers.

Key responsibilities

• Own stories and smaller epics end‑to‑end, from requirements refinement through build, testing, deployment and production support.
• Build secure, reliable and scalable product features in partnership with Product Owners and engineering peers.
• Work in an AI‑native engineering environment, using AI tools and agents to accelerate routine work while applying sound judgement before deployment.
• Contribute to design discussions and follow established engineering standards and patterns.
• Help investigate and resolve production issues across the platform.

Required profile

• Intermediate (mid‑level) software engineering experience.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, AI‑enhanced development environment.
