Interior Designer – Sydney

About the role

Gray Puksand is seeking a talented and ambitious Interior Designer to join its award‑winning National Interior Design team in Sydney. You will work on education, commercial and workspace projects, contributing from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to all project phases: strategy, concept design, space planning, design development, documentation, on‑site construction management and contract administration.
• Participate in client briefings, workshops and design development sessions.
• Create designs and construction documents primarily using Revit.
• Prepare and deliver presentations using Revit, Enscape, InDesign, Photoshop and other visualisation tools.
• Collaborate effectively within small and large multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, interior architecture or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Interior Designer in education, commercial or workspace sectors.
• Strong ambition to grow, a passion for design and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with Enscape, InDesign and Photoshop.
