Interior Designer – 3+ Years Experience – Adelaide

About the role

We are seeking an Interior Designer with at least three years of experience to join our Adelaide studio. The role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio across multiple sectors, developing design concepts through to construction while collaborating with a supportive, people‑first team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and delivering practical, distinctive interior environments.
• Contribute from design development through construction, producing coordinated documentation packages.
• Prepare and manage FF&E packages, schedules, and specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and consultants to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support construction‑phase activities and contract administration.
• Maintain high design quality, technical resolution, and attention to detail.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in an architecture or interior design studio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage day‑to‑day project responsibilities independently.
• Working knowledge of the National Construction Code and relevant Australian Standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong documentation capability.
• Experience preparing FF&E packages and schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
