Integration Lead – WebMethods & SAP Integration

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Integration Lead to drive the design, development and delivery of complex integration solutions using webMethods, SAP CPI and SAP BTP. You will work across multiple environments, connecting SAP and non‑SAP ERP systems and ensuring high‑availability of integration services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain webMethods flows and migrate interfaces across various file formats for inbound and outbound processing.
• Build and manage REST and SOAP APIs using an API Gateway.
• Integrate systems using protocols such as SFTP, HTTPS, SMB and data formats including IDOC, flat files, XML, JSON, SOAP and EDI.
• Connect to messaging platforms (JMS, Universal Messaging) and databases via JDBC adapters.
• Implement clustering, load‑balancing and high‑availability configurations for webMethods runtime components.
• Create and keep up‑to‑date technical documentation and runtime monitoring artefacts.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience with webMethods development and SAP integration projects.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and deliver integration solutions on time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Basic understanding of the logistics domain.
