Integration Lead Developer

About the role

As an Integration Lead Developer at Toll Group, you will drive the design, development and support of secure, high‑performance integrations across our enterprise landscape. You will champion Workato as the strategic integration platform, connecting SAP S/4HANA with a variety of business systems to ensure data quality and operational stability for finance‑critical processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, build and support of integrations using Workato.
• Deliver secure, performant data flows between SAP S/4HANA and corporate systems.
• Develop reusable recipes, connectors and integration components.
• Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts on end‑to‑end delivery.
• Troubleshoot integration incidents and provide hyper‑care post‑go‑live support.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation, monitoring and operational runbooks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (Master’s degree highly regarded).
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration development.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead integration role.
• Strong background delivering Workato and SAP S/4HANA integrations in production environments.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones when required.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Workato.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Experience with cloud environments and security principles.
