Integration Architect – Workforce Management (Remote, Australia)

About the role

Axsium is seeking an experienced Integration Architect to lead the design and delivery of workforce management (WFM) solutions for clients across the APAC region. This remote position, based in Australia, requires deep technical expertise and strong client‑facing skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide domain expertise and oversee technical approach, tasks, and deliverables throughout project lifecycles.
• Lead client workshops, present complex solutions, and guide internal teams to successful outcomes.
• Ensure quality of configurations, documentation, and all project deliverables.
• Identify project risks early and propose domain‑specific alternatives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of workforce management consulting experience, including implementations of labor forecasting, schedule optimization, and time‑keeping solutions.
• Proven ability to lead and coach teams, communicate with senior executives, and navigate demanding client situations.
• University degree in business, computer science, information systems, industrial engineering or related field.

Required skills

• UKG Boomi certification and hands‑on experience with UKG PRO WFM.
• Integration technologies: Boomi, RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, SQL, and cloud‑based platforms.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
