Integrated Supply Planner – Coles

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking an Integrated Supply Planner to act as the primary interface between PepsiCo ANZ and the Coles retail network. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal on‑shelf availability of PepsiCo products through effective replenishment planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply planning and replenishment processes to achieve target service levels.
• Manage Coles inventory positions, keeping store reconciliations low while meeting monthly inventory targets.
• Oversee daily ordering execution and proactively communicate any service risks to both PepsiCo and Coles.
• Collaborate on planning to support baseline and promotional sales requirements.
• Own the supply‑chain relationship for the Coles account and provide insights to improve cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of supply‑chain experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Resilient in high‑pressure environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Analytical approach to problem solving.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems for supply and demand planning.
• Knowledge of inventory, demand planning and forecasting processes.
