Integrated Producer

About the role

BMF Advertising, part of the Enero Group, is looking for an Integrated Producer. You will manage artwork development, production timelines and approvals across client campaigns spanning print and digital display channels, overseeing the end-to-end design and artwork production process from scoping to final delivery, on time, to brief and within budget. You will work closely with Project Management.

Key responsibilities

• Help build and adapt the workflow system to new business and technologies, and build trusting relationships with agency staff and departmental managers.
• Take briefs from Account Management and Creative, brief the Studio Manager or Studio Designer, and set up and run Studio Briefings.
• Generate and maintain detailed timing plans from production briefing through to final delivery, attend daily Studio WIP meetings, and ensure internal sign-off on artwork, retouching and proofs.
• Escalate project or account issues that could jeopardise a campaign to the Production Director.
• Produce Design/Studio Artwork estimates for client approval, monitor actuals and timesheets against estimates, flag when costs exceed budget, and keep accurate timesheets for production headhours.
• Ensure artwork complies with client brand guidelines, give technical advice to designers, and communicate progress and timings to Account Management, Creative and Project Teams.
• Coordinate image conversions and proofs, and oversee and despatch material to publications and interactive media.

Required profile

• A minimum of three years of production and traffic experience in similar agency environments.
• Strong understanding of ad agency workflows, art buying, print production and interactive design/production, and of all media types and how graphics reproduce in different media.
• Understanding of the revenue process and profitability, with strong numerical and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication, mediation, organisational and diplomatic skills, able to prioritise and handle people at all levels.

Required skills

• Good understanding of Apple macOS and its programs.
• Knowledge of Quickcut, Sizmek and Double-Click for media despatch.
