Integrated Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for an Integrated Graphic Designer to join Fuller’s creative team. The role blends motion, digital, and brand design to produce cohesive experiences across print, web, and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animated assets and digital campaign content for social, web and brand channels.
• Design responsive website layouts, UI components and digital experiences using Figma.
• Apply and roll out brand and campaign assets consistently across print, digital and motion touchpoints.
• Collaborate with senior designers, strategists, writers, developers and producers to ensure visual identity systems are thoughtfully applied.
• Manage file organization and workflow to deliver polished, accurate assets across multiple formats.
• Contribute visual ideas and references during creative development and brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of design experience in an agency or studio environment.
• Strong motion‑design capability across animation, social assets and campaign content.
• Proven experience designing digital experiences and responsive layouts in Figma.
• Solid visual‑design fundamentals in typography, layout, colour and composition.
• Ability to apply and extend brand systems consistently across print, digital and motion.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in well‑crafted output.
• Organised, accountable and comfortable managing files and workflows.
• Collaborative team player open to feedback and eager to grow.
