Integrated Designer

About the role

Specsavers is looking for an Integrated Designer to join its Trading Team on a full‑time fixed‑term basis. Working closely with the Creative Hub Head of and Lead Designer, you will help deliver high‑quality artwork that meets brief, timeline and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the production of print and digital promotional assets, ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Maintain strict adherence to Specsavers brand guidelines while accelerating speed‑to‑market.
• Create a wide range of visual assets using Adobe Creative Cloud tools and Figma.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional marketing teams to align creative output with campaign goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar design role, preferably in an advertising agency and/or retail environment.
• Proven track record producing retail promotional materials for both print and digital channels.
• High‑level capability with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop) and experience using Figma for design sharing.
• Strong organisational and process‑driven mindset, able to handle several campaigns at once.
• Effective collaborator who contributes positively to a studio environment.
