Innovation Engineer – Full-Stack & AI-Driven Development

About the role

We are looking for an Innovation Engineer to join our technology team and drive the creation of AI‑enhanced full‑stack applications. You will work with modern development tools and AI copilots to accelerate delivery while ensuring high quality and security.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive front‑end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js.
• Build and support back‑end services with Node.js/Express or Python/FastAPI.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio to generate code, unit tests, and refactor existing solutions.
• Create custom Copilot plugins and integrate AI agents with company data via Microsoft Graph and API connectors.
• Engineer, test, and refine prompts to improve the accuracy, safety, and relevance of Copilot outputs.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement features, troubleshoot AI‑driven behaviours, and document processes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of full‑stack development experience or equivalent intensive apprenticeship/start‑up background.
• Strong curiosity about AI tools and a proactive attitude toward evaluating new productivity technologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure OpenAI services.
• Understanding of software security, data governance, and compliance in AI workflows.
