About the role
The Innovation and Transformation Director will lead the creation and operationalisation of a strategic innovation and transformation programme within a major infrastructure business, working closely with client‑side and KBR teams to drive alignment, manage risk and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships across stakeholders and achieve alignment on strategy and execution plans.
- Lead the transformation agenda, develop diagnostics, maturity assessments and efficiency initiatives aligned with outcome objectives.
- Design, pilot, evaluate and refine innovation programmes, applying LEAN thinking and best‑in‑class international practices.
- Oversee rollout of programmes into business‑as‑usual, measuring benefits and ensuring value for money.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading enterprise change, innovation and transformation programmes.
- Strategic leadership with ability to anticipate needs, craft responses and make data‑based decisions.
- Strong communication and reporting skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
