Infrastructure Technical Lead

About the role

The Infrastructure Technical Lead will drive the design, implementation and assurance of enterprise‑wide infrastructure initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure all solutions meet architectural standards, regulatory requirements and security‑by‑design principles.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and design assurance for infrastructure and system uplift projects.
• Define and enforce high‑availability, backup/recovery, disaster‑recovery and operational‑resilience strategies for mission‑critical services.
• Embed security‑by‑design controls, vulnerability management, monitoring and governance compliance across the environment.
• Identify, assess and mitigate technical risks, issues and dependencies in complex infrastructure landscapes.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, operational readiness artefacts and risk‑management reports.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to senior stakeholders and produce clear reports.
• Experience working in regulated sectors such as banking or payments is a plus.
