Information Technology Support Analyst

About the role

As Information Technology Support Analyst, you will provide high-quality technical support to end users across the business, ensuring ICT services are delivered effectively and aligned with business needs. You will manage incidents and service requests, support a range of Microsoft technologies and help improve IT systems and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ICT service requests and incidents for hardware and software, based on ITIL principles
• Provide local and remote support for hardware, software and user issues
• Support and troubleshoot local AV and Microsoft Teams equipment
• Install, configure, update and remove business applications
• Deploy and configure hardware for new and existing employees
• Maintain ICT asset registers and ensure software licensing compliance

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar IT support role
• Proven experience diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
• Current Australian working rights

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 environments
• Active Directory administration and support
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
