Information Technology Project Manager

About the role

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a junior to mid‑level IT Project Manager to join its national Information Technology team in Melbourne. The role involves planning, executing and delivering technology projects that support business objectives while ensuring they are on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects, including infrastructure, applications, systems implementation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, proactively address risks, issues and dependencies.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, technology teams, vendors and external partners.
• Support business readiness and organisational change activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing IT projects from initiation through to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, ideally PRINCE2.
• Experience within a professional services, legal or financial services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
