Industrial Refrigeration Service Technician

About the role

Join the leading industrial refrigeration specialist in Australia, part of Johnson Controls, and support critical refrigeration infrastructure across Western Australia. You will service, maintain and troubleshoot large‑scale industrial refrigeration systems for clients in food processing, cold storage, mining and more.

Key responsibilities

• Perform planned and breakdown maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimise customer downtime.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and development programs.

Required profile

• Trade qualification as a Refrigeration Mechanic or equivalent experience.
• Current ARC licence, restricted electrical licence and unrestricted driver’s licence.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault‑finding capability.
• Previous industrial refrigeration experience, preferably with ammonia systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
