Industrial Electricians / Technicians

About the role

We are supporting a leading industrial services and engineering company in the Illawarra region. The role offers opportunities in both Asset Services and Construction teams for licensed electricians to work on a variety of industrial plant and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial plant and equipment.
• Diagnose faults, respond to breakdowns and carry out fault finding.
• Install, commission and test equipment on small to medium projects.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings and technical documentation.
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Valid NSW Electrical Licence or Qualified Supervisor Licence.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, honesty and work integrity.
• Proven fault diagnosis skills across a variety of plant and equipment.
• Ability to own outcomes and meet customer needs in a timely manner.

Required skills

• Knowledge of PLC, HMI and SCADA systems.
• Instrumentation service and calibration experience.
• Pneumatic systems experience.
