Indoor Plants Technician – Brisbane

About the role

Join Ambius, the Pacific's largest B2B indoor plant‑scaping company, as an Indoor Plants Technician based in Brisbane. You will work independently, servicing commercial and institutional clients, ensuring their indoor plant environments thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Visit client sites to install, maintain, and refresh indoor plant displays.
• Diagnose plant health issues and apply appropriate treatments.
• Use a mobile service app on a tablet to record work, update schedules, and communicate with the back‑office.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs promptly.
• Achieve set service targets and contribute to team performance metrics.

Required profile

• Ability to work autonomously and manage a daily service route.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and client interactions.
• Willingness to complete pre‑employment medical, reference and police checks.
• Passion for plants and a problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Proficient use of mobile service applications on tablets or smartphones.
