Indirect Procurement SME - SAP

About the role

The Indirect Procurement Subject Matter Expert (SME) will provide functional expertise and business process knowledge for the ANZ SAP S/4 implementation, supporting end‑to‑end process and system design.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Indirect Procurement domain SME input across design, build and deployment phases.
• Document and validate current‑state processes, business requirements and pain points.
• Support future‑state process and solution design aligned to SAP S/4.
• Participate in workshops, review and validate proposed process/system changes.
• Contribute to testing activities, defect triage and outcome validation.
• Support change and readiness activities including documentation, training inputs and communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in process improvement, project or system‑related initiatives.
• Ability to document requirements and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Comfortable working in a changing environment with competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel on a routine basis.

Required skills

• Strong Indirect Procurement functional knowledge.
• Experience with SAP/ERP or large‑scale system implementations (advantageous).
• Effective communication and collaboration in a matrix environment.
