Inbound Customer Service Representative – Roadside Assistance

About the role

Join the NRMA Group as an Inbound Customer Service Representative, the first point of contact for members needing roadside assistance. You will provide calm, professional support to help drivers get back on the road safely and quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound roadside assistance calls, demonstrating empathy and clear communication.
• Accurately record member information and maintain data integrity.
• Assess member needs and coordinate the appropriate service response.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely outcomes.
• Navigate multiple internal systems while following established processes.
• Apply sound judgement under pressure to deliver positive member experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service with a passion for helping people.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
• Emotional resilience and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Adaptability to change and willingness to learn new systems.
