About the role

Lead a high‑impact logistics operation overseeing imports, e‑commerce and airfreight activities at our Bankstown depot. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end compliance, efficiency and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the imports, e‑commerce and airfreight depot.
• Ensure compliance with all transport and distribution regulations and standards.
• Oversee staff performance, providing leadership and support to achieve team goals.
• Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless logistics coordination.
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of depot activities and performance metrics.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving measures without compromising service quality.
• Resolve operational challenges promptly to meet customer expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics or transport & distribution operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Knowledge of airfreight and e‑commerce logistics processes.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
