About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join Surge Direct’s face‑to‑face sales team in Sydney. No prior experience is required and the role starts immediately, offering a supportive, fun environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail setting to promote and sell client brands.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and ensure product displays are attractive.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets while delivering excellent service.
• Participate in regular crew meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a love for talking to people.
• Self‑starter who is motivated to meet goals.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am‑5:30 pm.
• Open to learning and growing within the company.
