Identity & Access Management Engineer

About the role

Culture Amp is looking for an Identity & Access Management Engineer to keep its employee experience platform secure and easy to use. You will own day‑to‑day administration and continuous improvement of the identity environment, focusing on Okta, application integrations, lifecycle automation and identity governance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily Okta administration – provisioning, deprovisioning, MFA resets, access requests and policy configuration.
• Maintain SaaS application lifecycles, including SAML, SCIM and OIDC configurations and group mappings.
• Build end‑to‑end joiner, mover and leaver workflows using Okta Workflows, APIs and SCIM to connect the HRIS.
• Configure and continuously improve Okta Identity Governance, including access request and self‑service approval paths.
• Support audit and compliance by automating access certification, providing log evidence for SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and reviewing licences and OAuth integrations.
• Assist with related platforms such as Google Workspace, Active Directory / MS Entra and Jamf.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience administering Okta or a comparable identity provider.
• Proven track record onboarding SaaS applications end‑to‑end with SSO, SCIM and provisioning.
• Experience with identity governance tools and building automation pipelines linking HRIS to an IdP.
• Familiarity with SaaS governance, audit evidence collection and licence utilisation reviews.
• Security‑mindset with a focus on balancing strong controls and user experience.
